Works of the City of.south Bend Inciianoa;That it is desired and deemed necessary to make the following described public improvement in the aforesaid City as authorized by the following numbered improvement- resolutia Resolve0l,that an ir.Provenent be made of,the 1ind,size and location of te!,�rinall- poil-its as follows; The construction of P. sewer in Lindsey Street- from Bushing Stre6 - tD a point 60ft. east of the east line of Cottaige Grovie Avenue as follows to -wit; Beginning at the center linecof•:Cushing�an*c--b�ndsey Street: thence west alon- the- ce-.-Iter line of Lindsey street to a po-int 60 feet east of the east iine, of Cottage Grove avenue with a 10 inch vitrified pipe Together with the necessa'ey Maniioles.) Inletr, and House Connections to the curb line along the line of said improvement'. Detail drawing 9 profiles ,plpnq and r'pecifications are on file and may be neen at the office of said Board and all work in the making of said public improvement must be done in accordance therewith. Said improvement shall be known and designated as LINDSEY STREET PIPE SFATER -i'lotlice.of this resolution shall be published in the South Bend Daily Tiries on the 29th.day of September and on the 6th. day of October 1911, Said Board .11as fixed the 27th- day of October 1911 at 7-15 P.M. as Fa .date Upon which remonstrances r&,*1,be filed or heard by persons interested or affected by said public^ irprovement, and on said deiy said Board will at its said. office hear and consider any remonstrator and person interested or whose property is affected by said public ipprovenentand will decide whether the, benefit&, that will accrue to '-;'fte property.abutting and adjacent to tne proposed improvementsand to r-aid City,will be equal to.or exceed the estimated cost of the proposed improvementslas estiL'Tqated by the City Civil Engineer.
