The Board ;;ranted an extemsion of tILe building permit for 60 days on the Mitchell Building on Sov.th Michigan street Excavation Bond of Jacob SVnglers signed aid approved. ✓ Tne Board ordered the Indiana & Michigan Electrie Co. to place six lights of the eluster.verity such as are on La, Salle Avenue Bridge on Col: --,ax Prid.(-,,,e instead of the four palb-lights'on bridge at present. Petition received aql�ing for a sewer on West Division St from Olive St. west refered to the Engineer. ,11 Petition received asking for Sidewall- on West Division St, from Olive St. West refered, to the City Engineer. Petition received from the Central Union Telephone Co. asking permission to place their, conduit underground on the North side of Washington St. their present Manhole on west was-Itington Stand the Alley West of La.Fayette St. to Williams St. ,thence North on Williams St. to the first alley North of west Washington St. thence Went in the last -,-iamed alley to a point about 100ft. West of Williams St. also to place a Manhole at the intersection of West Washi.n,gton, St. and Williams St. also a Manhole on Williams t! at the alley West of washington St. President Fridav Aumst 25th. 1ni11 Board met in rej,L,,ular hearing at 7-15 P.M. 14r. In the above matter no remonstraters appeared anO no remonstrances were -oiled The Board therefore find that the property assessed in Pais roll riled July 19th, 1911 is benefited in the amount of assesqnentsrn!�-,.shown on said rolls.and the Board further find that the assessmentroll filed July 19th. 1911 and the Final Estimate allowed July 19th. 1911 should be and the- same are hereby in all things,ratified,, conlArmed and approved. .-ifearing given on the Assessment Roll and Final Estimate for Brick Pavement on The First alley West of Michigan St. from Monroe St. to South St. under Improvement Resolution No.52. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrance?; were filed The Board therefore find that the property asreised in sfid roll filed, July 19th. 1911 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said roll.and the Board furt<ler find that tile assessments: roll filed July 19rh. 1911 and the Final Estimate allowed July 19th. 1911 should be and t,e sane are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. v, her given on Grrade, Curb and Walk on West Sample St. under Improvement Resolution No. 97- In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrahces were filed. The Board find that in each and every case in said improvements that the benefits to the prnperty and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the sane are hereby in,all.things ratified,Confirmed and approved. Resolved.that notices be published in the lst.and on the Fth. days of September 1911 in the South Bend Daily Times2stating that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvement up to 10 A.M. on the 19th. day of September 1911 This Board reserves the right to reject,a-?,iy. ar all bids.
