Board met in regular session at 10 A.K. Mr. Lambert absent.
Bonds and Contracts signed and approved on the following; Gr.ade,Curb and Walks
ImprovementsFellow Street No. 69. Marietta Street No. 70..Catalpa Avenue NO- 72
the same were awarded to T. M. Bauer.
Bond and Contracts signed and approved for the following sewers improvements
/Monson Street No. 85. Huron Street No. 94. Leon Court. No. 85.the same had been
awarded to De.Paepe & Coussins.
Bond and contracts signed and approved for the following pavements improvements
✓ First Alley Kest of South Michigan street No. Fx0. First alley Wiest 'of william Street
No. 83. the same were awarded to Hoban & Roach.
J Excavation bond of Charles X. Oberlin & Co. signed and approved.
Petition received and refered to the City Engineer for pipe sewer on Clover Street
from Mishawaka Avenue to St,Joseph River.
Remonstrance received remonstrating against the Macadam on SoutiMichigan Street
the same placed on file.
Remonstrance received remonstr. €ancing a-,a,inst the pavement of the First alley
North of Washingto Ave. from Taylor to Williams Streets placed on file.
Communication received from the Board: of Health. recomending the pipe sewer on Clov
—er street the s .me placed on file also recomendi ng the paving of the F.*.rst Alley
North of Colfax Avenue from Li.,FFayette st. to La.Porte Ave. and the First Alley
north of washington ave. from Williams street to Taylor Fat also the unpaved portion
of the First Alley South of Washington Ave. from Lafayette ave to Taylor S treet.
the same refered to the City Engineer.
Central Union Telephone Co. p:etiti6hord the Board for authobity to place the
following poles and anchors the Board approved of same although the Plat is nat
on record.,
Set 19 poles in alley east of Grand Bldv. from Prairie Ave. to Indiana Ave.on
east side of Ailey.
Set 14 poles on south side of Alley between Calvert and Del€ ..-are Streets to rear,
of 3124 Calvert street.
Set two 8ft. anchors at the intersection of Alleys east of rand. Bldv. and north
of Calvert, Street.
S6t one anchor (8) ft. at end of line in rear of 3124 Calvert Street -
Set one 25ft. guy stub and one 9ft. anchor rod on east side of alley South of South
Street between Rush and Clintonk.Streets.
