that thi' Board will give a hearing on the amount of such assessments at its office

Resolved further.that the entire work under the above contract be accepted and
approved and the final estimate thereon be allowed. T-lotice of this resolution shall be p
published 6n the 21th. clay of september 1911 in the Pout Bend- daily Times stating that
Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of such work at its office in t,.2e City Hall
on the Pth day of september 1911 att7 15 P.M.

notice to do so, met on the 2nd. of August 1911 and publicly opened bids for the improvem
-ent of sout michigan street from Ewing avenue to the Leeper Road as authorized by
Improvement Resolution No.79. Adopted on May 26th. 1911
Therefore.Ee It Resolved,That the said street be paved with crushed lime stone
