equal to the estimited cost Of said improvements and the same are hereby in all things
ratified2confirmed and approved.
Resolved2that notices be published on the l9th. day and on the 2 1 5th. day of August
1911 in the south Bend buily Times2stating that this Board will receive bids for the
construction of the said improvement up to 10 A. M. on the 5th. day of September 1911
The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

Communication received from Robert Allen asking the City to pay for cleaning_ a
sewer at 314 North taylor St. the Board after being Pulley advised in the matter
approved of the allowing of $14.09 on said bill. and or erect a Voucher drawn for
the amount.
