RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DEDICATION OF CERTAIN STREETS IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE URBAN RENEWAL PLAN FOR THE LASALLE PARK
PROJECT, IND. R -57
WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment
(herein called the "Local Public Agency ") has entered into a
Contract for Loan and Grant dated the 22nd day of April, 1966
with the United States of America for the carrying out of an
urban renewal project herein known as the LaSalle Park Project,
Ind R -57; and
WHEREAS, the Urban Renewal Plan which has been approved for
sai project calls for the dedication of certain land area for the
pur ose of street right -of -way:
NOW, THEREFORE, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission,
Gov rning Body of the Local Public Agency hereby authorizes and
dir cts that the proper petition be filed and"all necessary
