RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF BID OF.CHARLES E.
STAFFORD FOR LAND IN THE LASALLE PARK PROJECT, INDIANA R -57
WHEREAS, Charles E. Stafford has submitted a written offer
:ing the approved minimum price on Disposition Parcels commonly
!rred to as Nos. 35 -15 and 35 -26, LaSalle Park Project, Indiana
' ; and
WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission has determined
that the acceptance of this bid is in accordance with the approved
dis osal program for this area; and
WHEREAS, the Commission has determined that the redeveloper pos
ses es the qualifications and financial resources necessary to acquire
and develop the land in accordance with the Urban Renewal Plan; and
WHEREAS, the offer of $1231.00 by Charles E. Stafford is
satisfactory and is not less than the offering price of the Commission
for uses in accordance with the Urban Renewal Plan, which offering
price was submitted to and approved by the Department of Housing and
Urban Development.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION accepts
the offer of Charles E. Stafford to acquire at a price of $1231.00
and redevelop the designated Disposition Parcel: Nos. 35 -15 and 35 -26

Plat of LaSalle Park, a Subdivision in the Northeast
1/4 of Section 9 and the Northwest 1/4 of Section 10,

square feet.
