Resolved.by the Board of Public 1.11TOrk-9 of the City of South Bendindiana; That the
Sidewalk line of the following Streets be and is hereby established at a distance of
ten (10)feet 'foon the property line.

En,.cgineer filed Assessment Roll and- Final Estimate on Brick Pavement on the First Alley
West of Michigan Street from Monroe itreet to South street underir Improvement Resolution
No. SP.
Resolved.that notices -as to the amounts of assessments be published for six
consecutive days in the South Bend Daily Times eommineing on the Alth. day of July 1911,
stating that this Board will give a hearing on the anounts of such assessments at its off:
-ice in the city hall on the 25th. day of August at 7;15 P.M.
Resolved further.that the entire work under the above contracts be accepted and approv,
-ved and the Final Estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be published
on the 31th. day of July 1911 in the South Bend Daily Times stating that this Board will
'ri've a hearing on the acat-iotance of such work at its office in the City i'all on the 25th.
