Board Met in regular session at 10 A.M. all members present.
Petition received and refered to the City Engineer for specifications aarking
for .a pipe sey.er- on Lindsey Street from Cottage Grove Avenue to Cushing Street.
Petition received f.'rom the Central Union Telephone Co. asking the permission
of the City for the setting of two ;ten foot anchors in: the alley between Catroll
Street and rush streets,and Wenger and Paris streets. the same approved by the
Board.

Resolved,thaa,t an improvements be made of the kind2size2locaa,tion and terminal paints
as follo*s: SKrlple Street from, the First Alley West of Yosciuszi'lo Street to 04.ive
Street,by grading said street from property lime to property line,and curbing; the
roaa,eTray with cement curb on both gides,and constructing cement walks on the Borth side
of said street.

Said improvements shall be known and designated as SAMPLE STREET RA'E,CURBAND WALk

of the proposed'ir, proveznents,aam estimated by the City Civil Engineer.
