Excavation Bond of Kemble & Kuehn approved.
iContractors Bond of Kembel &,Kuehn approvei.
Bond and Contract signed and approved for the paving of Majile Street from Division -
Street to Washington Street by C.H. Defrees
V Bond and -Contract signed and approved for lateral newer on Lindsey Street by:
De,Paepe & Coussins contractors.
-"Petition receilred,reai and refered to the City Engineer asking for a pipe sewer on
South bend avenue from Eddy Street to the City Limits North East.
' Petition for Pavement on Niles Avenue received,read and referod to the City Eninee
for specifications asKing for pavement from Crescent Avenue to Howard St.
--,Petition received for the establishing of a Grade on St2Vincent Street from Eddy
Street to Notre Dame Avenue refered to City Engineer.
� Petition received asking for a Pipe Sewer on Frances Street from Wayne Street to
St.Joseph River re-lered to the City Engineer.

notiee be served upon Frank and Mary Wolf the present owners of Lot No. 22 Turnoek
&, Maeks Sub -Division for the construction of cement walks on St.Louis Street.
If Said work is "lot completed within thitty days from date the said Board Trill
cause the same to be con-9tructed and will cause the same to be assessed against said
