✓Bids received and read for the constructi,rn*of a Boat House at Leeper Park and
ref'ered to the Board. of Public Safety.
✓ Petition received from the Central Union Telephone Co. requesting permission to set
three poles and one Anchor in the alley South of the L.S. & M.S. R.R. tracks Brom Miami
St. east to 1125 East Broadway approved as f'ollows;The poles placed on the North side of
alley next the R.H.
Contract for Lateral sewer on Lindsey Street Improvement Resolution No. 67. awarded
to De,,PaA,epe & Cousins .
,--Petition for the pavement on Walnut St. received and refered to the City Engineer.
✓ Partial Estimate on .the Brick pavement on First alley west of Hichigan Street from
Monroe st. to south st. allowed. to Hoban & Roach Contrtactors.--------- $815.F8
f Petition received from property owners abutting; on Bowman Creek asking the Board
to construct said sewer through their respective tracts of land also contracting and
agreeing; to pay as other assessments for sewer purpose are paid such amounts as the Board.
of Public Works may find that their respective tracts will be benefited.. the same placed
on file.

of the Pirst Alley North of Washington Avenue from Williams to Taylor -St.
Engineer filed A sessment Roll and Final Estimate on Pipe Sewer on St,Peter St.
from Lal Salle Ave. to Cedar. st. under improverent resolution no.59.

and t.•,e final estimate thereon allowed.. Notice of this resolution shall be published
on'the llth. day of. July 1911 in the South. Bend daily Times, stating that this Board will
give a on the acceptance 'of such work at its office ih the City hall on the
28th. day of July. 1911 at ;7 15 P.M.
