That an improvement be made of the kind,size and terminal points as follows; Improve Division St. by the construction of a lateral sewer along said Division St. from Michigan st. to Chapin St. as followg,t..o-wit;- Beginning at the manhole in the center of Michigan St.1.ust North of the Grand. Trunk tracks ;thence West along the North side of "Division St. with a ten inch pipe sewer to a point IOOft. East of the East line of Fain St. Also begin at the manhole just north of the Grand Trunk R. R. track and 'in the center of Main St.;thence'test ,along the north side of Division St. to a point 100ft. east of the east line of La,FaJette St. with a 10 inch pipe 5ewer.AlQo begin at the manhole just north of the Grand Trunk R.R. tracks and the center of La,Fayette St. thence crest along the north side of Division St.' to point 100ft. east of the east line of Franklin St. with a ten inch pipe sewer. Resolvdd by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,Indiana that it is deli -red and deemed necessary to make the following described public improvements in `the afore said City as authorized by the following numbered improvement resolution adopted by said Board on June 30th. 1911. Resolved,that an improvement be made of the kind,aize,location and terminal p6ints as follows; Pavement on Division Street from Michigan Street to Chapin Street.By grading and paving the roadway of said street from curb line to curb line with Brial,Aspholt,Creosoted Wooden Block or Bitulithic on a five inch Portland cement gravel foundation Also constructing the necessary curb,storm water inlets,margena,l curb and paving the intersectings street and alleys where the same are not already improved . Said improvement shall be known and designated as PAVING IMPROVEMENT ON DIVISION STREE9 FROM MICHIGAN STREET TO CHAPIN STREET IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION N0.90.
