Petition received asking the Board to investigate the sidewakls on the
following Streets: Fellow Street from Wenger street to Sample Street;Carrell
Street from Ohio Street to Pennsylvania Aveni4e; Paris Street from Carroll
Street to Fellow Street; CTars.t Street from Michigan street to Franklin St.
the sane refered to the Street Commissioner.

In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were

and the Board further find that the assessment rolls filed May 3th. 1911 and
the final est t'gtz a lowed. May 3th# 1911,should be and the same are hereby in
all things ratitifie geonfirmed and approved.
