Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. all members present.
Contractors Bone of Sohn Bess approved and signed.
_,-Communication received from the Indiana and Michigan Electric Company petitioning
the Board for the privilege of crossing East La .Sel le Avenue with a side—track
leading from the Michigan Central Railway Companys right —of —wary to the aforesaid
0ompanys plant: The aforesaid side track will cross Lft,Salle Avenue at & point on said
street which fronts the West end of Lot 36 and 19 in the Original Plat of the Town
of Lowell now & part of the City of South Bend :that setid ,side .tralek as proposed will
cross said Street from said west.end of lot 36 to said lot 19 in said 6riginal Plat
of Lowell now a part of ih6 City of South Bend .
Wherefore your petitioners pray that it be granted the right and privilege to eon
struct and maintain said track over and across said -LaSalle Avenue.to said point.
The sane approved and refe!red to the Common Council for ratification.

Hearing given on Assessment Roll and Final Estimate on Vine St. action defered
unti!_Friday 16th. at 10A.m.
Hearin given on Improvement Resolution No. 67. for a Pipe Sewer on'Lindsey Street
from Blaine avenue to the First alley East.
In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed
thereforebe.it Resolved that the Board find in each and every case . in said improvement
that the benefits to the property,,and.to the City of South Bend are equil to the
estimAted eoit,of sttid improvements and .the sane are hereby in all things ratified
.confirmed and. approved.
Be it Resolved. thELt notices be Published in the South Bend daily Times on the
15th. day of June ,and on the 22th. day of June 1911 to the effect that this Board
will receive bids for the construction of sai&improvements. up to 10 A.A.- on the
Oay of July 1911. The Board. reserve- the right to reject any and all bids.
