Board net in regular session at 10 A.M. all members present -

Hearing given an Vacation Resolution No.-fvacating a part of Columbia St.
In the above matter the Board find that the property of Jacob S. Kerner and Magglie
S. Kerner is benefitted in the amount of Twenty -five Dollars ($25.00)
The property of Jacob S. Kerner and Maggie S. Kerner is therefore assessed Twenty
-five ($25.00) Dollars. Now comes the Jacob S. Kerner and. Mag.c"ie S. Kerner and
waive all notice of assessment under Vacation Resolution No.g.and pay into the treasury
of the City of South Bend Indian&. the sum of Twenty -five ($25.00)
✓ Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of Sout"l-i Bend Indiana,, that the
.Sidewakls on the following described property are covered with an accumulation of earth
and debriscont4,!%ry to and in violation to Ordianance No. 1569.mf the Ordiances of the Cit
of South Bend 5 Indiana and if the same is not removed by you with in 10days of this date
the same will be removed by the City of South Bend.at your expence;and in addition tht'ret
,lprosioutions will be made for violation of said Ordinance.
