Board met in regular session at 10:00 A. M, Mr. Lambert absent.
Hearing given on Improvement resolution Nuiber 66 for pavement on Maple Street from
WaskingUn Avenue . te► Division Street.
In tke above matter no r+eemenstrators appeared and no reme$nstranees were filed.. there-
fore be it resolved that the Board find in each and every case in said improvements that
the benefits to the property, and to the City of. Seuth Bend are equal to the estimated
cost of said improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and
approved.
Be it resolved that notices be published in the South Bend Daily Times
on the 3rd. day of. June and on the lothe day of June 1911 to the effect that this Board
will receive bids for the construction of said Improvements up to 10:00A. M. on the
30th. day of June 1911, the Board resery s the'ri�ht to reject any and all bids..
Petition received for Pipe Sewer, from Cedar Street to Jeffersoi Blvd. referred t�o the
City Engineer.
Petitin received asking for Grade; Curb and walk* in Dayton Street from Idiami Street
to Marine Street, referred to the City Engineer.
Petition for grade, curb and walk on Vernon Street from Vistula Ave to Calvert Street
referred to the City Engineer.
Peition for grade, curb and walk on Dubail Avenue from Leer Street to Klien Street
referred to the City Engineer.
