FRIDAY MAY.'., :12th : 1911.
Board met in regular, session at 10:00 A..M. E all members present.
Dearing given on roll of award of damages and assessment of benefits in the
'matter of appropriating for public use the strip .of lend and parts of lots under
condemnation resolution No. 7 known as Union Street Condemnation.
In the above natter.r.remonstrators appeared.and no furthur remonstrances were
filed.. All remonstranees over -ruled.
The BOard find that the property mentioned in said Rolls are benfited and
damaged respectively as shown in said roll and said roll is hereby in all things
ratified, confirmed and approved and all action under Condemnation No. 7 is ;Ierey
by concluded.
Mr. F. C. Lambert protesting but not desenting against the confirmation.

In the matter of the Condemnation Resolution No. 6. the same was deferred
until May 16th. at 10:00 A. M.
Resolved bar the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana
w� President.

Board net in regular hearing at 7*15 P. M. Itifr. Niedbalski absent.
✓ Vearing given on assessment roll and final estimate for Howard Avenue Pipe
Sewer From Van Buren Street to the north line of Cushings Addition under
Improvement Resolution No. 47.
No. remonstrators appeared and no re.monstrances were filed, the Board therefore
find that the property assessed in said rolls riled April 21st. 1911 is benefitd
in t e amotint of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find
that the assessment rolls filed April 21st. 1911 and the final estimate allowed
April 21st. 1911 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified,
confirmed. and approved.
