RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION,
GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT
OF REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF DHUD FORM
H -6144, "REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES",
REAL ESTATE AND IRREMOVABLE FIXTURES, CENTRAL DOWNTOWN
PROJECT. IND. R -66
WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body
of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, has reviewed
the irremovable fixtures appraisals, along with the Real Estate Apprai-
sals for Block 19 for 31 parcels to be acquired in the Central Downtown
Area, Indiana R -66; and
WHEREAS, the proposed acquisition prices for the Real Estate and
ireemov ble fixtures as shown on DHUD Form H -6144, Request No. 1A,
dated November 7, 1968, are in the opinion of the Commission, fair and
reasona le;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, by the South Bend Redevelopment
Commission that the filing with the Urban Renewal Administration of
Form H-(144, Request No. IA, dated November 7, 1968, for 31 parcels of
Real Es ate and irremovable fixtures is hereby approved and Request Nos.
1 and 2 be void.
