R -56, INDUSTRIAL EXPANSION WHEREAS, it is necessary by the Board of Commissioners of the )artment of Redevelopment of the City of South Bend, Indiana to luire the following real estate in the urban renewal area known as 1. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Commissioners of the Department of Redevelopment of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that in the eV nt an agreement cannot be reached on the purchase of the property within 10 days after notice of final offer, then the Commissioners do hereby determine that they shall proceed to acquire the above- ` de cribed parcels of real estate -- -under the power of Eminent Domain as described by the laws of the State of Indiana in order to carry out the redevelopment plan, and their attorney, Bruce C. Hammer - sc midi, is directed to file a complaint after said 10 -day period in the name of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on behalf of the De artment of Redevelopment in the appropriate Court of St. Joseph County, Indiana in order that an appraiser be appointed to establish thE value of said real estate. ted this 17th day of October, 1968.
