RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION,
GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT
OF REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF DHUD FORM
H -6144, "REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES"
IRREMOVABLE FIXTURES, CENTRAL DOWNTOWN PROJECT, IND. R -66
WHE AS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of
the City f South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, has reviewed the
irremovab a fixtures appraisals along with four divisions of ownership
for 14 pa cels to be acquired in the Central Downtown Area, Indiana R -66;
and
AS, the proposed acquisition prices for irremovable fixtures
as shown n DHUD Form H -6144, dated October 17, 1968, are in the opinion
of the Co 'ssion, fair and reasonable; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission that the
filing wi h the Urban Renewal Administration of Form H -6144, dated October
17, 1968, for 14 parcels of irremovable fixtures is hereby approved.
