RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION,
GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT
OF REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF HUD -6144,
"REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES,"
INDIANA R -57
WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of
the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, believes that it is
now necessary to purchase 126 parcels, LaSalle Park Project, Indiana R-
57; and,
WHEREAS, it has reviewed the three separate appraisals for 126 par-
cels; an
WHEREAS, the proposed acquisition price for the 126 parcels of real
estate, as shown on Form HUD -6144 dated October 17, 1968, is, in the
opinion f the Commission, fair and reasonable.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend Redevelopment Com-
mission hereby determines that 126 parcels in LaSalle Park be acquired
and that the filing with the Urban Renewal Administration of Form HUD -
6144, dated October 17, 1968, for the said Parcels is hereby approved.
Adopted at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commis-
sion held on October 17, 1968, at the office of the Commission, 120 West
LaSalle Avenue, Suite 1001, South Bend, Indiana.
