Resolution No. 51
RESOLVED, that notice as to the amount -of x assessment be published for six
consecutive days in the South bend Daily Times commencing on the 13th. day of May
1911 stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of such assessments
at its office in the City Hall on the 9th. day of June 1911 at 7:15 P.M4
V RESOLVED further that the entire work under the above contract be accepted and
approved and final estimate thereon allowed. -Notice of this reolution shall be
published on the 13th. day of May 1911 in the South -Bend Daily Times, stating
that the Board will give a hearing on the accep tanee of such -work at its office in
the City Hall on the 9th. day of June 1911 at 7:15 P.M.
