Engineer filed Assessment Roll and Final Estimate on.PJpe Sewer Improvement
Resolution No. 47.on Howard Avenue from VanBuren'Street ,to trite North line of Cushing Add.
Resolved.t.aat notices as to the amounts of assessmen-ts'be published.for six consecitive
days' in t.he sout;-i Bend Daily Tinescommencing on the lsto day of May 1911 stating teat this
.Board will give a hearing on Vile amount of such assessment at its office in the City Hall
on the 12th.''day of May .1911 at 7:15 P.M.
Resolvedfurther.that the 'entire work under the above contract be accepted and approved
and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this Resolution shall be published on the
1st. day of May 1911 In the South Bend Daily Timesstatingthat this Board will rive a 1,
hearing on the acceptance of such work,at its office in the City Hall on the 12th. day
Of May 1911 at 7:15 P.M.
