Resolved, By The Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana that it is desired and deemed nece�sEry to make the following desetibed public improvements in the aforesaid- Citsr-as authorized, by the following; numbered improvement resolution adopted by said Board on the 17th day of March 1,911. Resolved that an improvement be made of the kind,sizellocat-ion and terminal points as follows: Beginning at the center of Howard Street and Notre Dame Avenue.thence west along the center line ofsaid-Howard Street to -the center of St. Peter Street with a 15 inch vitrified sewer pipe* thence west along the center line of said 14oward Street to the center of St. Louis Street with a 12 vitrified sewer pipe. Together with the house con- nections to the curb line along the line of said improvement. All as shown on plans and pro -files on file r4nt-�.e office of the Board of Public Works. Detail drawings, plans, profiles and -specifications are on file and may be seen at the office of said Board and all work in the making of said public improvement must be 'done in accordance therewith* Said improvements- shall be J.1n STREET' LATERAL own and deem as 11OWARD, ST SEWER. Said Board has fixed the 14th. day of April 1911 as a date upon which remonstrances may be filed or heard by persons interested or affected by said public improvements and on said day at 7:15 P.H. said Board will at its said office hear and consider any remorAstraters and persons interested or whose property is affected by said Pub'_Jo ir-n-provemeni and will decide whether the benefits that will accrue to the property, abutting and adjacent to the proposed improvement and to said City,'will be' equal to, or exceed the estimated cost of the proposed improvements, as estimated by the CITY CIVIL ENGINEER. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment of such work w1liere the property owner signs waiver required, as according to law.
