RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A BID OR
BIDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF $376,000 PRELIMINARY LOAN
NOTES OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF
REDEVELOPMENT, INDUSTRIAL EXPANSION, INDIANA R-56
WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment is
selling $376,000 in Preliminary Loan Notes for the financing of
an Urban Renewal Project in the City of South Bend, Indiana
designated as Industrial Expansion Project, Indiana R-56, to be
se3ured by an agreement between the City of South Bend, Depart-
me t of Redevelopment and the United States; and
. the notes will be advertised on September 3, 1968; and
RHOREAS, the notes will be sold on the 17th day of September,
19Q8 at 1:00 P. M. Eastern Daylight Savings Time.
No , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of
th Department of Redevelopment of the City of South Bend, as
fol lows:

to accept the low bid or bids for said pre-
liminary loan notes with acceptance to be by
telegram and confirmed by letter.
