Tuesday march 7th.1911
The Board met in regular session at 10:00 A.M.
Petition received and referred to City EngineernsPing for Grade, Curb and
walk on NerthAdams Street from Michigan 'Avenue north as far as platted.
Remonstrance received and placed on file remonstrancing against the Pipe
sewer on St., Peter Street from Cedar to La Salle Avenue.
Hearing given on Condemnation Resolution No.- 8 for the purpose opening
and extending Kendall Street from Robertson Street to the first alley north.
In the above matter no remonstrances Caere filed and no remenstrAoIrs
appeared: The Board being fully advised in the matter, the board take final
on said resolution confirming without modification all former action taken on
the same.
The Board therefore declared the above property and all things
condemned and appropriated for public use. The Board now orders that a
list or roll be prepared of all the `owners holdeks of property and of
valuable interests therein sought to be.taken or to be injuriously affected
which said list or roll shall also describe.,: the property benefically
affected.
