-'Hearing given on vacation resolution No. 7• for the purpose of vacating the east end of
Swygart Street and an alley &joining
In the above matter no remonstrancers appeared and no remonstrances were filed'. The Board
being advised in the matters. :.:.. take final action said resolution confirming with—
out modification, all actin n taken on the same. the board• tc.th€refore orders that a list
or role be prepared of all the owners or holders injuriously or beneficially effected.
