In the matter of COndemnation Resolution N0.55 for the -appropriating and opening
of an Alley between Caquillard and Eddy St. from Serin St. to the firat Alley South of
Ckxpau St., the siarle Was defered until Friday. February 10 at 7:15 P.M.

In the matter of confirming the Assessment Roll and Final Estimate on the Brick
✓Pavement on Webster St. the same was defered until Friday February 10. rat. 7 15 P.M. ,
Hearing given. on. Condemnation Resolution No.7,. for the purpose of appropriating
J"lots and land for the openin of Union St. from F rd St. to the 'north lire of State St.
as laid out in George W. qwygarts Addition.
In the above matter remonstrators appeared and remonstralAaes were filed and therefore
being fully advised in the matter the Board take final action on said Resolution,cons'irminFg
without madification,all former action on said resolution; The Board therefore deelakes
the above property in all things condemned and appropriated for public uto ; TrIe Board new
orders that a list or fell be prepared of all the ownerm or holders of property and of Val
