RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION,
GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF
REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF DHUD FORM H-
6144, REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES"
INDUSTRIAL EXPANSION PROJECT, IND. R -66
WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of
the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, has reviewed the three
separate appraisals for 31 Parcels of real estate to be acquired in the
Centra Downtown Area, Indiana R -66; and
HEREAS, the proposed acquisition prices for 31 Parcels of real estate
as sho n on DHUD Form H -6144, dated August 23, 1968, are in the opinion of
the Co ission, fair and reasonable; now, therefore,
E IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission that the
filing with the Urban Renewal Administration of Form H -6144, dated August
23, 19 8, for 31 Parcels of real estate is hereby approved.
