K. Petition for a Trunk Sewer on Michigan St. from Division St. to La,Salle Avenue received and refered to the City En, inee*r for specifications. VHearing given on Declaratory Resolution No.52 for pavement on the First Alley West of Michigan St. from South St. to Monroe St. In the above matter renonstakors appeared and remonstuances were filed all remonstrance over ruled. Therefore be it Resolved,that the Board find in each and every came in Paid improvements that the benefits to the property,and to th-e City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of sa6d improvements and the salkd are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Be it Resolved. that notices be published in the South Bend Daily Times on the 7th. Find. 14th. days of January 1911 to the effect that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvements up to 10 A. M. on the 27th. day of January 1911 The Board reserves.the right to reject any and all bids.
