Board met in regular session. at 10 A.M. Mr. Lambert absent.
�Engineer filed Assessment Roll and Final Estimate for Brick Pavement on Webater
Street from. sample St. to the Chicago Indiana &-Southern Rail Road under
Improvement Resolution No.41.
Resolved.that notice as the amounts of assessments be published for six
consecutive -days in the Soutt., Bend Daily Tinescommencing on the 13tA. day of
Decembgrr-1191:01tsating that the Board will give a hearing on the amount of such
assessments at its office in the City ;Tall on the 13th. clay of January 1911
at 7:15 P.M.
Resolved further.that the entire work under the above contracts be &,-cepter ana,
approved and the Final Estimate thereon allowed . Notice of this resolution,
shall be pub'liahed on, the 13th. day of December 1910 in the South Bend- Daily
Times,stating that ' this Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of such
x�,ork at its office in the City Hall on the 13th. day of Jannary 1911 at
;7 15 P.M.
