Resolved,by the Board of Publie,Works of the City of South Bend.Indianalthat we deem it
advisable,and therefore reaomend.that a strip of real estate on the South side of East
Washingtox Avenue in sa ' i.d. City.which real estate in now Owned by said City of South Bend

(56) feet.East of the South East corner of Washington Avenue and St. Joseph Street thence
