Board met in regular session at 10 A. Me all members present.
Petition received and refered to Street Commissioner asking for Walk on the
North west corner of Huston St. and Taylor St.
Petition received and refered to Street Commissioner asking for Street light
at 1721 Prairie Ave.
Excavation Bond of Adolph Scheid approved.
VEngineer filed Assessment Roll and Final Estimate on Duey Ave., from South Bend
Ave. to Howard St. under Improvement Resolution NO- 39. 4rade,Curb and Walk.
Resolved that notice an to the anOuntabof assessments be published for six
cORs@eutive days in the South Bend Daily Times commeneing on the 30th. day of
November 1910-statincr that the Board will give a hearing on the amounts of such
assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 23 day of december -1910 at
7-15 P. Me
Resolved further that the entire work under the above contract be accepted
and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution
shall be pu lished 6n the 30the day of November and on the . — day Of december 1910
in the South Bend Dail,,- Tirr.e'n. stating that this Board will give a Hearing on
the acceptance of such work at its Office in the City Hall on the 23th. day of
December 1910,at 7-15 P.M.
