vIn the matter of the Assessment Rolland final estimate on Brick Pavement on Prairie
Ave. the same was defer-ed until Wednesday November 30th.1910 at 10 A.M.
V/4earing ,given on Assessment Rolls and Final Estimates for Tarvia Macadam, Pavement
on East Navarre St. Tarvia Macadam Pavement on St. Joseph st. Tarvia macadam Pavement
on Hammond Ct Walk and Curb on North St. Peter St.under improvement Resolutions

No remonmtrators appeared and no rexonst-m-Aces were filed The Board therefore
find that the property assessed. in said rolls filed October 21th. 1910 is benefited
,in the amount of assessments an shown on rolls and the Board further find that the
assessment rolls filed October 21th. 1910 and the final estimate allowed October
the 21th. 1910 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified.confirmed acid
approved.
