Resolved that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published for six consecutive
days in the South Bend Daily Tines, commencing on the 29th. day of November. 1910, stating
that this Board will give a hearing on the amounts of such assessments at its office in
,the City Hall on the 23th. day of December 1910-at 7-15 P.M.
Resolved.further,that the entire work under the above contracts as accepted and approved
and the final estimate thereon. allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the
29th* day off November 1910 in the south Bend daily TimesIstating that this Board will give
a hearing on the acceptance of such work at its office in the City Hall on the 23th. day
of December 1910,at 7-15 P.M.
