WHereas , the New York Central Railroad Company and the City of
South Bend have n1A,ePd on f Ile plans c over ing the grade separation impr ov,!�zacnt
along the line of the -New York Central Railroad in said City and the approach grades
leading thereto:
AND WIiEREAS , said plans have been examined by this Board and the
i ty Engineer and found sat isfact cry;
NOW THEREf ORE , de it resolved that said plans as amended are hereby --
approved and adopted except as to tracks shown in addition to present tracks.
'PROVIDED that nothing in -this resolution shall be construed to
commit the City of South Bend to patt ie ipa,te in the cost of future grade separation
of any defnite number of tracks.
