Attorney E. W. Stiqklend of the Citizens ,qomes Compj�iny met with the
Board and the following order was made.
VO(?CNrr to the dITZens HOMES COMPANY in the sum ff 16, 398. 68 ' °
covering cost of curb and walk extensions and street intersections -in STUdebakerRO
Addition was approved by the j3oard . This above amount to be paid aut, of.the
appropriation under Ordinance No. 2226 passed by the Common.Cou:hail on the 28th, day of
December 1921 and signed by the Mayor on the 30th. day of December 1921.
The approval for pal°ment of voucher No. 1284 issed on the 14th.
day of December 1921 to Citizens Homes Company in sum of 0 16098.68 is hereby with-
drawn.

Wolf representing the New York Central Ry. Co, appreared before the Board and the question
of approval of the plans of the New York Central grade separation in this City was
discussed and throughb advise of the City. Attorney, resolution presented was referred
back to Attorney Wolf for correction and to be taken up at 9:00 A.M. Saturday December
3i9t 1921.
Mr. Geo. Witwer and N. R. feltes of the Sitizens omes Co. appeared
before the Board and the Clerk was instructed to take voucher for 16,398.68 signed at
10:00 A.M. this 30th. day of Dec. 1921 to the City Controller's i.ce City Enginer
approved meaurements to same.
