contained in th6 said list be and are hereby awrded to the several tracts of label

as the case maybe tnxzxxeas to the respective tracts of lend, contained in said
,list are hereby*awarded or assessedm as the case may be to the several tracts'
of land.
THE BOArd hereby further°sets off benefits and damages each
against theother where both benefits and damages are hssessed against -the /
same piece of property, tract of land or interests, and hereby fixes said
respective net benefits and further hereby fixes the resj active net damages
as to the several tracts as the amount that shall be paid tLthe Owiers of the
respective trac£sas damages .
THEreupon motion duly.made and seconded the BOA-RD decided
to leave date to the NEW BOArd to set for hearing.
