BOARD met in. regular session at 7:L� P.M, ALL Members preset.
HEARINg had on resolution for grade, curb and ,walk on ROBINSON
€ STREEt from LINCOLN WAY WESt to EWING AVENUE, under IMPROVEMen.t RESOLUtion NO.
926.
IN -the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written
remonstrance was filed. THE BOARD being fully advised in the premises decides
that . the benefits to
propertyliable to be assessed forsaid improvement
are equal to the estimated cost of the same as reported by the CITY CIVIL
P EKG neeer, and thereupon takes final action on said resolution as originally
.` -adopted and the same is hereby in all things,,.ratified,, confirmed and approved.
RESDVED further that the notices be pubIshed on the 18th* day of
NOVE�Ber and 25th. day of NOVEMBEr 1921 in the SOUTH BEND NEWS TIMES, stating
that this BOARDwill gecei e'-bi-ds_n�or the construction of .said improvement up
to I0 )) A.Ceti the 6th. dzy of DECE20 �1r 1921. THE BOArd reserves the right
to reject any and'all bids.. v
D'TERRED hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for
pipe sewer on PARKSSTREEt from fELLO , STREET to CARROLL STREEt , under
IMPROVEMENt RESDUtion NO goo.
IN the above, matter no remonstrators appeared and no written
remonstrance was filed. THE BOARD therefore find that the assessment roll
filed OCTOBER 18th. , 192.1 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown
on assessmek toll and, the final estimate allowed OCTOBER 18th., 1921 is hereby
in all. thigs, ratified, confirmed and approved.
