2.APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A.Approval of Minutes of the Regular Meeting of August 8, 2018
Upon a motion by Ms. Hanig, President, seconded by Mr. Fitts, Vice-
President the motion carried unanimously, the Authority approved the
Minutes of the Meeting on August 8, 2018.

3.ELECTION OF OFFICERS
A.A Motion was made by Mr. Klee and seconded by Mr. Fitts nominating Ms.
Hanig as President of the Redevelopment Authority for 2019. The motion
carried unanimously.
B.A Motion was made by Mr. Klee and seconded by Ms. Hanig nominating
Mr. Fitts as Vice-President of the Redevelopment Authority for 2019. The
motion carried unanimously.
C.A Motion was made by Ms. Hanig and seconded by Mr. Fitts nominating
Mr. Klee as Secretary-Treasurer of the Redevelopment Authority for 2019.
The motion carried unanimously.
The Authority approved the slate of officers for 2019.
4.NEW BUSINESS
A.Exhibit B Officer’s Certificate (Eddy Street Commons)
The Exhibit B Officer’s Certificate (Eddy Street Commons) was presented
to the Commission. This is the annual compliance to US Bank providing
proof of insurance. The enclosed packet once approved by the
Commission will be returned to US Bank. This insurance certificate holds
an A rating with Federal Insurance Company providing coverage. Gibson
Insurance is the producer of the policy.
Upon a motion by Mr. Klee, Secretary-Treasurer, seconded by Mr. Fitts,
Vice President, the motion carried unanimously, the Authority approved
Exhibit B Officer’s Certificate (Eddy Street Commons) submitted on March
25, 2019.
B.Exhibit C of First Supplemental Trust Agreement (Lease Rental
Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2013 Century Center).
Exhibit C of First Supplemental Trust Agreement (Lease Rental Revenue
Refunding Bonds, Series 2013, Century Center) was presented to the
Commission. This is the annual compliance to US Bank providing proof of
insurance. The enclosed packet once approved by the Commission will
be returned to US Bank. This insurance certificate holds an A rating with
Lexington Insurance Company providing coverage. Gibson Insurance is
the producer of the policy.

President, the motion carried unanimously, the Authority approved Exhibit
C of First Supplemental Trust Agreement (Lease Rental Revenue
Refunding Bonds, Series 2013 Century Center) submitted on March 25,
2019.

Bonds of 2015)
The Insurance – Obligor’s Compliance Certificate (Lease Rental Revenue
Bonds of 2015) was presented to the Commission. This is the annual
compliance to US Bank providing proof of insurance. The enclosed
packet once approved by the Commission will be returned to US Bank.
This insurance certificate holds an A rating with Federal Insurance
Company providing coverage. Gibson Insurance is the producer of the
policy.
Upon a motion by Mr. Klee, Secretary-Treasurer, seconded by Mr. Fitts,
Vice President, the motion carried unanimously, the Authority approved
the Insurance – Obligor’s Compliance Certificate (Lease Rental Revenue
Bonds of 2015) submitted on March 25, 2019.
5.ADJOURNMENT
Upon a motion by Mr. Klee, Secretary-Treasurer, seconded by Ms. Hanig,
President, the motion carried unanimously, the Authority adjourned the
meeting at 9:09 a.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 204
A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
APPROVING TEMPORARY USE OF PROPERTY FOR EVENT
WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Authority (the “Authority”) exists and
operates pursuant to I.C. 36-7-14.5 as a separate body corporate and politic and an
instrumentality of the City of South Bend, Indiana (the “City”); and
WHEREAS, the Authority owns certain real property commonly known as 109 S. Niles
Avenue, with a Parcel Key number of 018-5010-027901 (the “Authority Property”), as identified
in yellow on the map attached as Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the Authority Property is immediately adjacent to property used as the
parking lot for the Emporium Restaurant and known as 121 S. Niles Avenue (the “Lot”); and
WHEREAS, the Riverlights Music Festival is an event organized and sponsored by River
Lights Music LLC (the “Organizer”), which is held annually in June at the Lot (the “Festival”);
and
WHEREAS, the Festival wishes to use the Authority Property as a part of its Event as set
forth on Exhibit B, and the Authority desires to allow Festival to use the Authority Property,
subject to the terms of this Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SOUTH BEND
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AS FOLLOWS:
1.The Authority hereby approves use of the Authority Property by the Organizers
for the Festival, which will be held on June 7 and June 8, 2019, provided that, as
soon as reasonably possible, the Organizers return the Authority Property to
substantially the same condition it was in immediately prior to the Festival.
2.This Resolution will be in full force and effect upon its adoption by the Authority.
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority held on
June 5, 2019, at 1308 County-City Building, 227 West Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana
46601.
