RESOLUTION NO. 216
WHEREAS, this Commission has heretofore on the 21st
of March, 1968, authorized the issuance of bonds in the
t of $870,000 to pay the cost of acquisition, clearance,
reh #bilitation, site improvement and renewal of property
des ribed in Resolution No. 213 and all expenses necessarily
inc rred in connection with said proceedings; and
WHEREAS, the Commission did not include the proceeds
of laid bonds in the regular budget for the year 1968; and
WHEREAS, the Executive Director of this Commission
gav* notice of the hearing on the matter of appropriating the
proceeds of said bonds as required by law; and
WHEREAS, such public hearing was held on the 18th day
of . pril, 1968, at 10:30 o'clock A.M., Central Standard Time,
at the office of the Commission and all taxpayers or interested
peroons desiring to be heard in regard to said appropriation
were heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the South Bend
