RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING
BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT,
AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF HUD-6-144, "REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE
IN ACQUISITION PRICES"
WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing. Body

of Form HUD -6144, dated April 4, 1968, for the said Parcel 40-8 is
