The Board of Public Works, at its meeting held on May 28, 2019, approved the above
referenced amendment for an addition of one (1) limited license and seven (7) Maximo
Anywhere licenses to the current five (5) year contract in the total five (5) year amount of
$21,740.61.

1. Description
The objective of this PCR is for the addition of one (1) Limited and seven (7) Anywhere Maximo as a Service
(Maas) licenses per CoSB's request. Below are the 2019-2020 pre and post license counts and costs as well as
the additional Maximo SaaS costs over the remaining three (3) years (2020-2023) of the agreement.
