RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COM USSION, GOVERNING
BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT,
AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF HUD -6144, "REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE
IN ACQUISITION PRICES"
the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body
of the City of South Bend,'Department of Redevelopment, believes that
it is tow necessary to purchase Parcel No. 29 -3, LaSalle Park Project,
Ind. R-57; and,
W#EREAS, it has reviewed the three separate appraisals for Parcel
No. 29 3; and
the proposed acquisition price for-the parcel of real
estater,_n
tified as Parcel 29-3, as shown on Form HUD - 6144,
dated 21, 1% 8 is, in the opinion of the Commission, fair and
N , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend Redevelopment
Commis ion hereby determines that Parcel No. 29-3 in LaSalle Park
be acq red and that ttie.filing. with the Urban Renewal Administration
of Fo HUD -6144, dated Narch 21, 1968, for the said Parcel 29-3
is her by approved.
Adopts at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission
held o March 21, 1968, at` the 'cffice•of the Commission, 120 West
LaSall Avenue, Suite 1001, South Bend, Indiana.
