RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION,
GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF
REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF DHUD FORM H-
6144, "REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES ".
INDUSTRIAL EXPANSION PROJECT, IND. R -56
EREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body
of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, has reviewed the
three separate appraisals for 65 Parcels of real estate to be acquired
in thp. Industrial Expansion Area; and
;HEREAS the proposed acquisition prices for 65 Parcels of real
estata as shown on DHUD Form H -6144, dated February 1, 1968 are in the
nninlin of the Commission, fair and reasonable; now therefore,
,IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission that the

Adopted at the regular meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission
held on February 1, 1968, at the office of the Commission, 120 West
