E. JEfferson STreet to LINCo1n Ay EASt from"the t(rndut on LINColn'BA EASt south -to
Jefferson'STReet to�the main line track of said ilroad on JEFferson KTReet"west of
Llneoln WAy EASt, and permission -is hereby gransed to operate toe traffic of said
Compa over said tompporary curve until certain public improvements of the WATer
WoRks department of theLL (k ty of SGUth': BEnd- are Completed at which title L. the said
curve shall be removed within twenty (20) days upon written notice bar the BOArd of
Public WORDS. SAid permission shall include the proper re arrangement of over -head
trolley wires and construction neoessary.to operate on said 'temporar curve.
The Clerk of the BOArd was in$.trueted to *otify the INDiAnA
& MIchi an ELectric COMpAny. to remove the ,pole at the southwestq eaher of LINColn WAy
XastEAst and. Jefferson Stree during theconstructing of said -work, SAid pole to be
reset at -a later date,.
