RESOLUTION AMENDING AND SUPERS ED S RESOLUTION NO. 198,
A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION,
GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF
REDEVELOPMENT ESTABLISHING THE METHOD AND/OR METHODS OF
DISPOSITION AND AUTHORIZING THE REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE
IN RECOMMENDED MINIMUM DISPOSITION PRICES OF LAND IN
THE LASALLE PARK PROJECT, IND. R -57
WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission has determined that
it is now necessary to establish the method to be used for disposition of
project land and to establish the recommended rbinimum disposition prices
for the land in the LaSalle Park Project in accordance with the Land Dis-
positi n Plan.
WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission has determined that
the sale of these parcels are in accordance with the Disposition Plan for
this a ea; and
WHEREAS, the minimum price for said land has been determined in
accordance with all applicable statutes of the State of Indiana and rules
and regulations and federal statutes governing the sale of urban renewal
land; and
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Commission has reviewed the three separate
ReUse Appraisals for said parcels; and
WHEREAS, the proposed disposition prices for said parcels are, in the
opinion of the Commission, fair and reasonable; and
N , THEREFORE, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission determines that
land ip the project area shall be disposed of by the following methods which
are more fully described in the Urban Renewal Plan Sections noted:
14-11-4 Predetermined Price Offerings, 14 -3 -5 Subsidized Redevelopment
are the appropriate methods of disposition in accordance with the Urban
Renewal Plan as recorded; and
FURTHER, that Resolution No. QW is hereby amended and superseded,
and 191'
FURTHER, that the South Bend Redevelopment Commission authorizes the
Exeeut ve Director to submit the proposed disposition prices to the Depart-
ment o Housing and Urban Development office for concurrence.
