OF FIRST AMENDATORY CONTRACT AMENDING CONTRACT NO.

DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT AND THE UNITED STATES

BE IT RESOLVED BY-the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing
Body of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, AS FOLLOWS:
SEC ION 1..,'The pending proposed First Amendatory Contract (herein
