Hearing had on resolution for the grade, curb and walk Improvement
on Ewing Avenue from'Miami Street to Ernsperger Street, -under Improvement Resolution
No. 904, In the City of_ -South Bend, Indiana.
In the above matter.remonstratorS appeared and written remonstrance
was filed by'Attorney E. Doran. The Board after hearin all interested propperty owners
for and against said improvement, decided to defer hear rig until Wednesday August 24th.
1921 at 715 P.M.

mdvised the board that this sewer was a publ c necessity from a health standpoint

takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted and the same is, hereby, in
all things, ratified, confirmed and approved

Beginning at a point in the southeasterly line of the -right of
vfayy of h. 4 e ew York Central Railway Company as recorded in Defied Record 155 Page 30
'Thirty 40 1 feet, west of the East Line of N. Wof N. W. of Section 15
N. R..2 E. thenee South to the North line of Ewing Avenue; tienee East Sixty (60' ,feet
thence, north.: -to the southerly line of the New York Central Railway Co. right of way as -
recorded in Deed Record No. 157page-160 then a Southwesterly along said right
of way to the east line of the I�. W. ! of 1�1. W, — of said section 15 ; thence south
11.9 feet; thence'Southwesterly alongg southerly line of the New York 6entraal Railroad
right'of way;to the place of beginning. The Board therefore sustain all former action
taken,' and declare the above described property in all things condemned and appropriated;

as modified.'
The Board further ordered that the City Engineer be instructed
to prspare roll of all owners of holders of property and of valuable interests
therein, sought to be taken or to be injuriously affected, which list or roll shall -
also describe the property beneficially affected and show the awards of damages and,.
assessments of benefits.in the above matter.
Hearing given on resolution for the Vacation of alley between
Bowmen Street and Donald, Street. from High Street to Studebaker Perk, under Vacation ,
Resolution No. 59. In the City of South Bend, Indiana.
In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written
remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore sustain all former action.taken and
declare the above described property in all things, vacated and this resolution
in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
And the Board now orders that a list or roll be.prepared of all
owners of holders of property -,and of valuable interests, therein sought to"be taken` _
or to be in;juri_ously affected which list v roil shall also described the property
beneficially affected,
