NASA - 181 NASA astronauts were involved in Scouting (57.4% of astronauts); 39 are Eagle Scouts.
USMA - 36.4% of West Point cadets were involved in Scouting; 16.3% of cadets are Eagle Scouts.
USAF - 22.5% of USAF Academy cadets were involved in Scouting; 11.9% of cadets are Eagle Scouts.
USNA - 25% of US Naval Academy (Annapolis) midshipmen were involved in Scouting as youth & 11% of midshipmen are Eagle Scouts.
NATIONAL COUNCIL, BSA• 2.3 million Scout members• 1+ million adult leaders• 100,000 girls since September 2018 have joined Scouts BSA or the Cub Scout program nationally.
As part of LaSalle Council’s CENTENNIAL CELEBRATION we are launching the
“STEM in FREDRICKSON PARK” campaign to further serve youth throughout
southern Michigan and northern Indiana.
